Please note we have walk-up rides available every night. WALK-UPS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME during business hours. Reservations are not required. However, to guarantee a specific time you have to book at least 8 hours in advance.
You must give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or receive a gift card. Please allow ample time to park and walk to our location on 11th & Howard: We can only wait 5 minutes after your scheduled reservation start time, If you have no arrived on the northeast corner of 11th & Howard within that window, your reservation will be forfeited and classified as a no-show. Late arrivals do not receive shortened sessions, they lose the reservation entirely.
We do not issue refunds for any reason.
