Please note we have walk-up rides available every night. WALK-UPS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME during business hours. Reservations are not required. However, to guarantee a specific time you have to book at least 8 hours in advance.
You must give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or receive a gift card. Please allow ample time to park and walk to our location on 11th & Howard: We can only wait 5 minutes after your scheduled reservation start time, If you have no arrived on the northeast corner of 11th & Howard within that window, your reservation will be forfeited and classified as a no-show. Late arrivals do not receive shortened sessions, they lose the reservation entirely.
We do not issue refunds for any reason.

We’re Open! (Railcar & Detours Notwithstanding)
Navigation around the Old Market might feel a bit like a maze right now with all the construction, route changes, and that shiny new railcar moving in. We know it’s a pain in the neck to navigate and park, but don’t let the detours stop your plans!
Magical Journeys Carriage Service is open and operating on our regular schedule. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find parking and make your way to 11th & Howard. We can’t wait to take you on a relaxing escape from the construction chaos!

Monday-Thursday: 6:30-around 10pm*
Friday: 6:30pm – around 11pm*
Saturday: 2pm – around 11pm*
Sunday: 2pm-around 10pm*
